Reflex Solutions has been acquired by Myriad Capital Communications
Jasco Electronics Holdings has sold Reflex Solutions to Myriad Capital Communications.
Reflex was established in 2000 and initially specialized in the IT managed services market before adding hosted IT Infrastructure, cloud services and more recently,
fiber to the home (FTTH) solutions. Reflex’s operations cover Johannesburg, Cape Town, Port Elizabeth and Durban. Its blue-chip customer base spans the retail, logistics, education, telecommunications and financial services industries.
Myriad Capital Communications is an investment entity owned by the management of Reflex Solutions.
Jasco is a South African, JSE-listed company that delivers smart technologies across multiple disciplines, such as telecommunications, information technology, energy and industry. By leveraging synergies between these disciplines, Jasco is able to deliver complete end-to-end solutions.
