Kevin Kambach

Kevin is a senior associate at Oaklins Germany and a member of the consumer & retail and TMT industry teams. He supports clients and senior advisors in various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling and the preparation of sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of SCHRAMM Werkstätten GmbH to the Spanish Flex Bedding Group, the acquisition of WESTFA Energy GmbH by Mabanaft GmbH & Co. KG and the takeover of Paradiesfrucht GmbH by Mubadala Capital.

Prior to joining Oaklins Germany, Kevin worked in the M&A and compliance department of a leading auditing and consulting firm. While studying for his master’s degree, he supported the Oaklins Germany team as an intern and working student. Kevin has a bachelor’s degree in international business administration and a master’s in management & finance from the International School of Management in Hamburg. He also completed two semesters in Barcelona and Edinburgh during his studies.
