Romain is a director at Oaklins France with around 10 years’ experience in mid-market M&A. He has expertise in sell-side and buy-side transactions in a variety of sectors. Recent transactions include Phen’X Technologies’ majority LBO with Ciclad, CARSO Group’s acquisition of a majority stake in AQCF Group (backed by ArchiMed, Capza and Siparex), JL&P Group’s minority LBO with Arkéa Capital and Swen Capital Partners, the sale of Vinatis to Castel Group and Eklo’s fundraising from bpifrance, AQUITI Gestion and Swen Capital Partners.

Before joining Oaklins France in 2021, Romain spent two years as a project manager in Casino Group’s CEO’s office and four years as a manager in transaction services at EY. He has a master’s in finance from Audencia Business School and completed an MsC at IFP School.
