Jonny is a director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has almost 20 years of small- and mid-cap broking experience, specializing in technology and financials. He has a broad range of expertise in managing transactions, including IPOs, fundraisings and PLC takeovers. Sub-sectors he has a particular specialism in include software, telcos, fintech, adtech and cyber security. Jonny’s past and present clients include Tracsis, IDE Group, Fonix Mobile and Tremor International.

Prior to joining Oaklins Cavendish, Jonny worked at Macquarie, Fox-Pitt Kelton and N+1 Singers, and he has an MBA.
