Renergia Solare Cantalupo Srl has been acquired by Clean Capital
RENERGIE Raiffeisen Managementgesellschaft für erneuerbare Energie GmbH (RENERGIE) has sold Renergia Solare Cantalupo Srl to Clean Capital erneuerbare Energien GmbH (Clean Capital) for US$2 million.
Renergia Solare Cantalupo Srl is a 500 kWp PV plant located in Italy.
Clean Capital, founded in 2010 by CEO Martin Dürnberger, is focused on renewable energy and has developed into a competence center for the photo-voltaic industry.
RENERGIE is engaged in the generation and marketing of renewable energy. The company also provides support in the financing and operation of energy generation facilities in the area of renewables. Its portfolio includes wind power, photo-voltaic, biogas turbine, and hydropower projects. The company is based in Vienna, Austria.
Oaklins' team in Austria was mandated in 2012 by the seller to structure the transaction process, to provide sell-side advisory, commercial market assessments, financial modelling, valuation and disposal price considerations.
