InternMatch (Student Market Place Pty Ltd) has raised funds to help accelerate the company’s growth strategy as it continues to add scale and enter new geographies.

InternMatch is a Melbourne-based private company that is set to disrupt the edutech sector in Australia through its proprietary platform that connects universities and graduates with internship opportunities around the world. The company aims to transform employability outcomes for skilled individuals and businesses through its world-leading technology platform which has won multiple awards and was one of the major drivers behind their appointment as primary delivery partner to the Victorian Government’s Digital Jobs Program.

Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as corporate advisor and lead manager to the capital raising.

The Franco-Belgian fund Kartesia has sold Grupo Veta 2017 S.L. to the Italian group MSA Mizar. Kartesia, the main shareholder of Veta+ together with its founding partner, has sold 100% of the capital. For MSA Mizar, this transaction represents the consolidation of its presence in Spain, the entry into the multi-risk claims management market and the opportunity to apply Veta+’s expertise to other European markets.
