The private shareholders of IntelligentCARE/Access Technology have sold the company to ASSA ABLOY.

Headquartered in Aarhus, Denmark, and founded in 2010, IntelligentCARE/Access Technology has a focus on delivering call systems to the healthcare sector. It also offers wireless access solutions to industries such as transport, logistics, properties and others.

Headquartered in Stockholm, Sweden, and founded in 1994, ASSA ABLOY is the global leader in access solutions with sales of US$11.5 billion and 52,000 employees. The group has operations in over 70 countries and sales worldwide. ASSA ABLOY’s innovations enable safe, secure and convenient access to physical and digital places.
