Fergus Sullivan

Associate

Fergus is an associate at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has extensive experience in all aspects of corporate advisory work across both public and private markets, having acted on several IPOs, secondary fundraisings and buy-side and sell-side M&A transactions. Fergus has particular expertise in public M&A, working in Oaklins Cavendish’s market-leading team focused on public takeovers, shareholder activism and other specialist advisory situations, acting on both sides of such activity for corporates and private equity firms alike.

Prior to joining the firm, Fergus worked at Bridgepoint, the pan-European private investment group. He graduated with first-class honors from the Newcastle Business School, University of Northumbria with a bachelor’s degree in finance and investment management.
