Mark is the chief executive officer and executive director at PrimePartners Corporate Finance, Oaklins’ member firm in Singapore. He has over 20 years of experience in the finance industry and has advised clients on a wide range of transactions, including listings, takeovers, M&A and capital raises through financial and digital securities. Recent transactions include the acquisition of Asia Dental Group (healthcare), the acquisition of Shanaya Environmental Services (waste management), the privatization of Singapore Reinsurance (insurance) and the acquisition of Synagistics (e-commerce). Other key clients are listed companies in Singapore in the healthcare industry.

Mark is a member of the IBF Examinations Industry Panel, the IVAS (Singapore) Learning and Assessment Working Group and has been involved in the review of the ABS IPO Due Diligence Guidelines and the listing rules for the Singapore Exchange. He started his career in corporate banking before transitioning to corporate finance with various financial institutions, including Dexia BIL and UOB Asia. Mark graduated from Nanyang Technological University with a Bachelor of Accountancy, completed the Advanced Management Program at Harvard Business School and is a chartered valuer and appraiser.
