We are currently seeking M&A Interns (f/m/x) to join our team of driven and dedicated M&A professionals at our Vienna office.

Key Responsibilities
As an M&A Intern at Oaklins Austria, your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
- Research – Conducting in-depth market and industry analyses
- Presentation – Assisting in the creation of pitch books
- Valuation – Supporting company valuation processes
- Execution – Contributing to the preparation of deal documentation and due diligence materials
- Business Development – Assisting in lead generation and the preparation of business development materials
Ideal Candidate
- Education – Completed at least 5 semesters in finance, economics, or a related field, ideally including an international study experience
- Work Experience – Previous internship(s) in a finance-related field are a strong plus; proficient in MS Excel and PowerPoint
- Personal Attributes – Ambitious and structured thinker with strong analytical skills, a proactive service-oriented approach, and the ability to thrive under pressure
- Languages – German and English is essential (both written and spoken)
