T3K Forensics operates in the field of mobile forensics, specializing in the development of software solutions and training designed to help law enforcement professionals who are concerned with mobile forensics problems in their everyday business. The company provides Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning-based automated analysis of data extractions.
Oaklins' team in Austria acted as the sole financial advisor to T3K Forensics GmbH in its fundraising activities. The team supported the client in preparing the information memorandum, including the business plan, valuated the target company for negotiation purposes and assisted the client throughout the transaction.
