With the acquisition of Sanipina, Grupo Agris expands its geographical footprint and consolidates its presence in the region of Algarve in Portugal.

Grupo Agris is a Portuguese family-owned group which operates in the agriculture sector, in areas such as specialized retail and wholesale, and food distribution.

Sanipina operates in the distribution and retail of products for agriculture, farming and gardening. It has three shops and distributes its products across the Algarve region.
