Comms Group is a leading business telecommunications and cloud communications service provider, with a broad product suite servicing SME and corporate mid-market customers, as well as wholesale and partner customers. Primarily operating in Australia and increasingly offshore, the company provides business telco, data network and managed services.

Founded in 2012, onPlatinum is an IT managed services provider to mid-market companies. The business is headquartered in the Gold Coast, Australia, and has an office in Sydney, with a total of over 60 employees.

Oaklins’ team in Australia acted as corporate advisor to Comms Group on this acquisition.
