Xavier is a partner at Oaklins France. He has over 15 years of experience in providing financial and strategic advice for mergers and acquisitions, fundraisings and valuations. Xavier has worked on numerous buy-side and sell-side transactions, both domestic and international. He has broad industry experience, but currently focuses on utilities, aerospace & defense and business support services. Notable clients he has advised include Acces Industrie, Mapaero, Rossi Aero and ADDEV Materials.

After starting his career in petroleum research at IFP, Xavier moved to market finance as an equity financial analyst and as an M&A analyst at KeplerCheuvreux. Xavier is an Enseirb-Matmeca graduate and has a postgraduate degree in applied mathematics and a master’s in finance from ESCP Europe.
