Pedro Farias

Pedro is a partner at Olimpia Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in Brazil. With over 15 years of experience in finance, he has been actively involved in the origination and execution of mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and equity and debt offerings across various industries, including consumer, distribution, ports and logistics, agribusiness, deathcare, media and technology. One of his recent transactions was the sale of Navita, a provider of SaaS-based enterprise mobility management (EMM) and telecom expense management (TEM) solutions, to Enghouse Systems Limited (TSX: ENGH), a publicly traded Canadian company specializing in vertically focused enterprise software solutions.

Before joining Olimpia Partners, Pedro spent over seven years in audit and financial consulting at EY, working internationally with large companies across a range of industries. He has a degree in business administration from Universidade Salvador (UNIFACS) and an MBA in Finance from Carnegie Mellon University. Additionally, Pedro is a FINRA-registered investment banking representative in the United States.
