Senior Advisor

Viktors is a senior advisor at Oaklins Baltics. With more than 20 years’ experience in corporate finance, strategy leadership and change management, he has led top companies and managed various M&A and capital raising projects.

Viktors’ previous experience includes serving as the CEO of several large businesses, such as Tonybet, an international online igaming company; Maxima Latvija, the largest grocery retailer in Latvia; and Veho, the general representative of Mercedes-Benz. Viktors also worked for Deloitte leading audit projects in the Baltics, Ukraine, Georgia and Belarus. He has an MBA from the Stockholm School of Economics in Riga, a BSc in Economics from Riga Aviation University and is certified by the Baltic Institute of Corporate Governance as a professional board member.
