Alyotech ICT Belgium NV has been acquired by Dzeta Conseil
ALYOTECH S.A.S., based in France, has sold a 90% stake in its Belgium subsidiary, Alyotech ICT Belgium NV, to Dzeta Conseil for US$5 million.
Alyotech ICT Belgium NV provides managed, consulting, and vendor management services. The company’s managed services include service desk, on site, enterprise print management, workplace management, application maintenance and management; and consulting services comprise short and long term ICT assignments, and near shore fixed price development. Its vendor management services include sourcing, contract management, matching, recruitment, and benchmarking. The company was founded in 1998 and is based in Grimbergen, Belgium. Alyotech ICT Belgium NV operates as a subsidiary of Alyotech S.A.S.
Dzeta Conseil is a French-based family office created in 2009 and has invested since then in a dozen companies mainly in the services market.
ALYOTECH S.A.S., through its subsidiaries, provides technology consulting services in France, the Netherlands, Canada, Belgium, and internationally. The company offers services in the areas of network and information systems, electronic and embedded systems, technical and scientific computing, telecom engineering, quality and business management consulting, and security management consulting, as well as design, calculation, and simulation.
