Associate

Antonio is an associate at LarrainVial, Oaklins’ member firm in Chile. He has advised on a number of finance projects, debt issues, debt restructurings and bank syndicate loan transactions, typically focusing on the energy, hospital and hotel sectors. Clients he has advised include Chungungo, Hospital Salvador Geriatrico, A3 hotels, Enjoy and Youtopia.

Antonio joined LarrainVial in 2021. Previously, he worked as an analyst in the corporate finance team at Itaú Corpbanca in Chile, where he advised on several financing mandates through to completion, ranging from project finance and acquisition financing to DCM and corporate debt. He has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Universidad de Chile.
