Emma Boucherie

Senior Associate

Emma is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. She is responsible for transaction execution for both M&A and ECM deals across a broad range of industries. She has worked on several ECM transactions for such notable clients as Lotus Bakeries, Hyloris and Avantium, and more recently she advised on a growth funding round for Biobest.

Emma joined the firm in 2023. Prior to this, she worked at Berenberg in the continental European investment banking franchise. Between 2019 and 2021 she also completed internships at Kempen & Co. and Degroof Petercam. Emma has a master’s degree in business administration from Ghent University, majoring in finance and risk, and an advanced master’s in financial markets from the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management.
