Tarcisio Borges

Tarcisio is a partner at Olimpia Partners, one of Oaklins’ member firms in Brazil. He is also the co-head of Olimpia Tech, a division at Olimpia Partners exclusively focused on the technology and innovation space. Tarcisio has over 14 years of experience in finance and investment banking, having served as a senior executive at Brazilian publicly-traded companies as well as having spent a number of years as an M&A advisor at Olimpia Partners working on deals across a variety of sectors. More recently, he has worked on several transactions in the Brazilian technology sector, such as the sale of Navita to EngHouse (TSE:ENGH), the sale of CRK to Grupo Stefanini and the sale of Verios Investimentos to NuInvest/Nubank (NYSE:NU).

Prior to joining Olimpia, Tarcisio was responsible for corporate treasury and structured operations at SOMOS Educação (formerly BVMF: SEDU3) and Cogna (BVMF: COGN3), where he led several DCM and M&A transactions. He also acted as director of strategic planning and investor relations at Ceagro Agrícola. Tarcisio began his career at Olimpia Partners and has a bachelor’s degree in economics from Insper.
