Jean-Guy is a senior advisor at Oaklins E. Canada. He has over 35 years of experience in the rail industry and all aspects of railway rolling stock repair, maintenance and overhaul for locomotives, passenger cars as well as freight and tank cars. He has cultivated successful relationships in both operations and maintenance with many of the major players in the rail industry, including EXO, VIA, Metrolinx, CN and CP.

Jean-Guy has devoted a large part of his career to developing Cad Railway Industries Ltd. in various executive positions, the last of which as chief operating officer. He played a key role in the expansion of the business, particularly through multiple acquisitions. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated great creativity, dedication, passion and energy.
