ILIS has acquired Spapens Fresh Food
The wholesaler, Spapens Fresh Food, has been acquired by DEBOECKFOODS SA/ILIS.
For over 30 years, ILIS has specialized in the distribution of fresh, ultra-fresh and frozen products to hotel, restaurant and catering (HoReCa) professionals in Wallonia, Belgium and Northern France. It is a family business which offers over 8,000 products at more than 2,500 points of sale, including global brands and its own brand Snaky. The company operates four distribution centers and nine cash and carry stores.
Founded in 1952, Spapens Fresh Food is a food wholesaler selling over 3,000 products, including charcuterie, dairy products and frozen foods to its customers.
