Villar International Ltd. has issued bonds
Villar International Ltd. has completed a fundraising through the issuance of bonds to refinance and support the company’s development.
Villar International specializes in acquiring and developing industrial and residential real estate properties in Israel and internationally. The company identifies and purchases land for industrial buildings and secure housing, and leases office spaces. It also builds residential projects, including apartment complexes and communities, industrial and office buildings, shopping centers and logistic centers. In addition, Villar International provides various construction and advisory services, as well as storage facilities for banks, health institutions, law firms and government offices.
Oaklins’ team in Israel advised Villar International and acted as a member of the distributors’ consortium.
