Anthony is a managing director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. Leading the firm’s specialty chemicals and materials team, Anthony has almost 30 years of experience in M&A, private equity and corporate development roles related to the chemicals and specialty industrials sector. He has executed dozens of sell-side and buy-side transactions with sponsor-owned, privately-owned and corporate businesses in the chemicals and materials sector, with a majority of these involving cross-border transactions in Europe, North America and Latin America. Anthony’s expertise in the specialty chemicals and materials sector spans various end-markets and applications, including personal care & cosmetics, food, pharma, flavor & fragrances, performance materials, coatings, adhesives, plastics, polymers and chemical distribution.

Anthony joined the firm in 2021 when CIM Partners LLC, a specialty chemicals M&A boutique he founded in 2011, was acquired by TM Capital. Prior to founding CIM Partners, Anthony was an operating director focused on specialty chemicals investments at Arsenal Capital Partners, a leading, mid-market private equity firm. His prior experience also includes roles as vice president of corporate development at ISP (now Ashland), a US$2 billion global specialty chemicals company, and various investment banking and corporate roles, including with Merrill Lynch’s mid-market M&A group. Anthony has a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Pennsylvania, a BS in Finance from the Wharton School of the University of Pennsylvania and an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School.
