Amelie Arrazola de Onate

Amelie is a senior associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. She is responsible for transaction execution for both M&A and ECM deals across a broad range of industries. Notable transactions she has advised on include the sale of a minority stake in Jeco Energies to NPM Capital, the sale of New Concept 2000 to a private nursing home group, the public demerger of CFE and DEME, the public takeover bid of Intervest and the public takeover bid and delisting of Sioen Industries.

Amelie joined the corporate finance department in 2021 after a financial markets traineeship at KBC Bank, where she joined four different departments: loan and debt markets, corporate sales, corporate finance and equity research. Prior to that, Amelie had interned at Venn Partners, an investment bank in London. She has a master’s in business administration from Ghent University, majoring in finance and risk.
