Luca is a director at Oaklins Italy. As part of the financial sponsors M&A team, he has been involved in the origination and execution of several sell-side and buy-side M&A and ECM transactions involving both local and international private equity funds. He has worked with clients across a wide variety of industries, including food & beverage (Nestlé, Kraft Heinz, Newlat, AromataGroup, Sabelli), consumer goods (Damiani, Manifattura Valcismon, Calligaris), flooring (Italcer, Laminam) and industrials (MTA, Pibiplast, Diatec). Recent transactions he has advised on include White Bridge Investments on the acquisition of a majority stake in C.E.I. Costruzione Emiliana Ingranaggi S.p.A. (automotive), Landoll/Nashi Argan on its sale to private equity firm Milano Capital (consumer & retail), Lisap Milano on its acquisition of Parisienne Italia (consumer & retail) and Nutkao/White Bridge Investments on the acquisition of Pistì (food & beverage).

Prior to joining Oaklins Italy in 2021, Luca was an associate at Banca Akros, and before that he worked with Oaklins Italy from 2015 to 2018. Luca started his M&A career in Boston with G2 Capital Advisors, previously working for Madden Global Solutions, a strategy consulting boutique specialized in the consumer retail industry. Luca has a master’s in corporate finance and banking from SDA Bocconi in Milan, and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with concentrations in finance and supply chain management and a minor in international affairs, from Northeastern University.
