Théo is an analyst at Oaklins France. He supports clients and experienced M&A advisors in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. A transaction he was recently involved in was for Oxy Signalétique.

Théo joined the firm in 2021 as an intern after completing internships as a financial controller and financial consultant. He has a master’s in corporate finance from the Toulouse School of Management.
