Valentina is an analyst at LarrainVial, Oaklins’ member firm in Chile. She has been involved in M&A transactions, private debt structuring, bond placements, financial modeling and valuation work. Valentina is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors, with a focus on the salmon and financial sectors. Notable transactions include advising Multiexport Foods on the sale of a minority stake in its subsidiary Salmones Multiexport to Cargill (24.5%) and Mitsui (1.1%) for US$303 million, advising Procaps on a private placement of senior notes for US$115 million and advising Eurocapital on the placement of senior bonds for US$41 million.

Valentina joined LarrainVial in 2021. She has a bachelor’s degree in business administration from the Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
