Advercity has acquired Web Editions
Advercity, a company specialized in the development and management of high traffic websites focused on providing comprehensive and detailed information to communities around the world, has acquired Web Editions. Financial details have not been disclosed.
With 3.5 million visitors and more than 6 million page views per month on the various services offered, Advercity is the reference in information on countries, regions, departments and municipalities around the world. The company was established in 2010.
Web Editions is a French support platform executing administrative procedures for third parties.
Oaklins' team in France acted as the exclusive buy-side advisor to Advercity in the acquisition of Web Editions.
