The Planning Shop International has been acquired by Adelphi Worldwide
The founding shareholders of The Planning Shop International (TPSI) have sold the company to Adelphi Worldwide, part of the Omnicom Group. Financial details have not been disclosed.
TPSI is a specialist pharmaceutical brand strategy agency. The company provides a unique consumer-based insight into every step of the product life cycle.
Adelphi Worldwide, part of the Omnicom Group, is engaged in pharmaceutical consultancy and service provision. Adelphi’s offer spans the lifecycle of pharmaceutical development, with comprehensive services in strategic product development consultancy, health economics and outcomes research, real world disease understanding, marketing research, medical communications and post-meeting brand support services.
