OnSecurity Technology Ltd. has secured an investment from Gresham House Ventures

OnSecurity Technology Ltd. has secured its £5.5 million (US$7 million) investment from Gresham House Ventures, a growth equity investor specializing in software and digitally driven businesses in the consumer, healthcare and service sectors. The investment from Gresham House Ventures allows the company to accelerate new customer acquisitions and further develop its existing technology platform through research and development.

Founded in 2018 and based in Bristol, OnSecurity Technology Ltd. has built a technology platform to efficiently deliver pentests that identify and address vulnerabilities in computer systems, networks and web applications. The firm provides high-quality human pentesting services via a platform technology that automates traditionally manual and cumbersome processes, such as booking, scheduling and reporting. The company has grown rapidly since launch to become a trusted and well-known provider with a customer base of almost 300 clients.

Oaklins Cavendish, based in the UK, advised OnSecurity Technology on this first institutional investment round.

“Securing our first external investment was a critical milestone for OnSecurity, and the expertise and support of the Oaklins Cavendish team were instrumental in making this possible. From the initial discussions to the final agreements, Oaklins Cavendish’s deep understanding of the investment landscape and strategic insights were invaluable. Their ability to navigate complex negotiations with ease and their unwavering commitment to our success provided us with the confidence and guidance we needed throughout the process.”
