The Profile Group Limited has been acquired by Centaur Media plc.
The shareholders of The Profile Group Limited (Profile) have sold the company to Centaur Media plc., the leading UK-based business information, publishing and events group, for US$12.5 million.
Profile provides up-to-date news and information to the media and marketing communities. The group has successfully migrated to digital delivery of its products over the past three years which was a major factor in the successful sale of the business. Fashion Monitor, the fashion information service used by all the leading media in the UK, has been sold as part of the sale of The Profile Group.
Centaur Media plc. operates through four segments: marketing, financial services, home interest and professional.
