Ten Education Limited has been acquired by Isfield Investments
The shareholders of Ten Education Limited, following the demerger of the business from Ten Group, have announced the sale of the company to Isfield Investments, a private investment firm, for an undisclosed consideration.
Ten Education provides support to school leaders via its The Key and Ten Governor Support services. Ten Education had grown rapidly and served around 25% of UK schools.
Isfield Investments is the personal investment vehicle of Ian Armitage, former head of Hg Capital.
