Die Conergy GmbH, die nach der Veräusserung in Helvetic Solar GmbH umbenannt wird, ist ein führender Anbieter von solarthermischen Produkten in der Schweiz.

Capital Stage ist eine börsennotierte deutsche Private-Equity-Gesellschaft, die sich auf Investitionen in erneuerbare Energien konzentriert.

Das Team von Oaklins in der Schweiz hat den Verkäufer bei dieser Transaktion beraten.
