Jordan Cleare

Associate Director

Jordan is an associate director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He is responsible for transaction execution across a broad range of industries and managing all aspects of the deal process. He has completed numerous sell-side and buy-side transactions as well as financing and board advisory engagements for leading financial sponsors, public companies and entrepreneur-owned businesses. He has significant experience in the facility services, consumer & retail, industrials and technology sectors. Recent notable transactions include the sales of Engelman’s Baking Company, Core Services, World Dryer and Vanguard Truck Centers.

Jordan joined the firm in 2015. Previously, he worked in the consumer & retail investment banking group at SunTrust Robinson Humphrey. He has an MBA with honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, with concentrations in finance, accounting, entrepreneurship and economics. Jordan received his undergraduate degree from the honors program at the University of Georgia.
