Tess Wilen

Associate

Tess is an associate at Intrepid Investment Bankers, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. She is responsible for transaction execution across a range of sectors, but has substantial experience working with apparel, lifestyle brands, food and beverage and industrial companies. She supports the team in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions she has been involved in include advising Pukka, a leading provider of custom headwear, on its sale to Imperial, a portfolio company of private equity group CPC Management and a top strategic in the headwear industry, as well as the sale of Anti Social Social Club, a category leader in the streetwear industry, to brand house Marquee Brands.
 
Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Tess worked at Imperial Capital in Los Angeles, where she advised on a number of M&A mandates. She graduated from the Indiana University, majoring in finance.
