Kilian Barbier

Associate

Kilian is an associate at Oaklins France. He supports clients in various tasks related to the origination and execution of both sell-side and buy-side mandates, preparing industry analysis, financial modeling, evaluation documents and sales materials. Recent transactions he has been involved in include the sale of Cleeven to CNP, a tech-enabled IT and engineering consulting company; the acquisition of Sodikart, the world leading karting manufacturer, by Siparex; and the acquisition of Nutrimuscle by BlueGem Capital Partners.

Prior to joining the firm in 2021, Kilian completed internships as a private equity analyst at Ardian in their growth equity team and at Cathay Capital, a Sino-French private equity fund. He has a master’s degree in finance from EDHEC BS.
