Zuleika Salter

Zuleika is a partner at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. She leads the firm’s alternative capital division, focusing on building relationships with the UK family office community and connecting them with growth and buy-out transactions as well as providing advice and corporate finance solutions for their own portfolio companies. She also forms part of the growth equity team, which advises businesses and entrepreneurs on accessing an appropriate investor base to achieve the right scale-up strategy.

Zuleika joined Oaklins Cavendish from WH Ireland, where she worked on building the private equity division.
