Philip Dessingthon

Analyst

Philip is an analyst at Oaklins Norway where he supports senior advisors throughout the M&A process and is responsible for various tasks related to industry analysis, financial modeling, valuations and presentations. He also works closely with Oaklins’ offices globally in the initial stages of potential cross-border transactions.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Philip worked at PwC Deals for three years on commercial and financial due diligence for a number of private equity and industrial clients, including assisting on the financial due diligence on behalf of EQT in their acquisition of Torghatten ASA in 2020. Philip has an MSc in Finance from NHH and has international experience from two exchange semesters in Vienna and Melbourne.
