Peter Lynch

Associate Director

Peter is an associate director at Oaklins Cavendish, one of Oaklins’ member firms in the UK. He has advised on a broad array of transactions, including the IPOs of Calnex Solutions, Neometals Ltd and Clean Power Hydrogen plc. In addition, he has advised on a wide range of public market fundraisings and public M&A.

Peter joined the firm in 2018. Prior to this, he gained experience in RSM’s corporate finance team, working on private company M&A and due diligence. Peter graduated with an LLB (Hons) from the University of Aberdeen and is a qualified chartered accountant.
