Tabb is an associate director at TM Capital, one of Oaklins’ US member firms. He has completed numerous transactions for leading financial sponsors, public companies, and family and founder-owned businesses across a range of industries. He has significant experience in the industrial, building products and consumer sectors. Notable recent transactions include Skylight’s growth-oriented debt financing, Resolute Forest Products’ (NYSE: RFP) sale of its South Carolina pulp and paper mill to New Indy Containerboard and NE Capital Partners’ sale of Metrigraphics to Cirtec Medical, a portfolio company of 3i Group (LSE:III).

Tabb joined the firm in 2018. He has a Bachelor of Business Administration degree, with a concentration in finance, from the University of Georgia and an MBA from Emory’s Goizueta Business School.
