Honeywell International, Inc. has sold its lubrication and scavenge pumps business to TransDigm Group Incorporated. Financial details have not been disclosed.
Honeywell lubrication products include lubrication and scavenge pumps used on a range of commercial and defense aerospace platforms.
TransDigm Group Incorporated (NYSE: TDG), through its wholly owned subsidiaries, is a leading global designer, producer and supplier of highly engineered aircraft components, systems and subsystems for use on nearly all commercial and military aircraft in service today.
Honeywell International Inc. operates as a diversified technology and manufacturing company worldwide.
