Avectris, a Swiss IT services provider, has acquired Comicro.
Avectris provides IT services for Swiss SMEs, primarily in the utilities, healthcare, finance and industrial sectors. Avectris is in tune with the needs of its customers and provides integrated IT services from a single source. Its focus is on hybrid cloud solutions, outsourcing, SAP S/4HANA, collaboration, IT service management and consultancy services specializing in IT security and business continuity. The company is headquartered in Baden, Switzerland, and employs around 300 members of staff.

Comicro is one of Switzerland's leading IT service companies. The company plans, implements and operates IT infrastructure, security solutions and management systems for medium and large companies in all industries. It offers clients advice on training their IT specialists and users and also implements training programmes for them.
