Highlight Event and Entertainment Group has had a PPA for Highlight Communications AG reconducted
Listed on the SIX Swiss Exchange, Highlight Event and Entertainment AG (HLEE) acts through its operating subsidiaries and affiliates mainly in the film, sports and event marketing segments. HLEE’s core competencies lie in the marketing of top international events, such as the UEFA Champions League, and brand development.
Due to the assumption of control in Highlight Communications AG, an independent new purchase price allocation had to be prepared. In particular, this involved the revaluation of the customer relationships and marketing contracts of the sports and event marketing segment.
Oaklins’ team in Switzerland was mandated to conduct this valuation work and to produce a purchase price allocation (PPA) in accordance with the requirements of IFRS 3.
