GARAIO has been acquired by Netrics Group
Netrics Group has acquired GARAIO AG as a wholly owned subsidiary. GARAIO will continue to operate as an independent company under the umbrella of Netrics Group. With this acquisition, Netrics Group is further expanding its leading position as a provider of managed cloud and digital workplace solutions as well as consulting services.
As part of the Netrics Group, GARAIO will be able to complete its portfolio with a wide range of Microsoft-based end-to-end services. In addition to its existing range of consulting and project implementation services in the areas of modern work, process integration, software development and artificial intelligence, GARAIO will now also offer its customers digital workplace and managed cloud services from a single source.
GARAIO, with offices in Bern and Zurich (Switzerland) and Sofia (Bulgaria), has been offering its clients comprehensive consulting services and digitalization solutions for employee and customer experience for 30 years.
Netrics Group, with approximately 140 experts, operates as a cloud and ICT service provider with headquarters in Biel and a nationwide presence in Switzerland. Netrics is a portfolio company of Bregal Unternehmerkapital.
