Juan Antonio is an associate at APOYO Finanzas Corporativas, Oaklins’ member firm in Peru. He is responsible for the execution of transactions ranging from M&A (sell-side and buy-side) to debt restructurings and valuations. Recent deals he has advised on include the financial diagnosis on the liquidity options for the board of directors of a leading mining company listed on the Lima Stock Exchange (BVL), which records revenues exceeding US$900 million; the sale of Joinnus, a prominent ticketing startup, to Credicorp; and the comprehensive restructuring of a major utilities company with potential claims exceeding US$2 billion.
 
Prior to joining APOYO in 2019, Juan Antonio worked at EFIC Partners, a Lima-based financial boutique focused on M&A and capital raising transactions. He has a BA in Economics from the Universidad del Pacífico in Peru and has completed the CFA level 1.
