Laurens Vranken

Associate

Laurens is an associate at Oaklins KBC Securities in Belgium. He is responsible for transaction execution for both M&A and ECM deals across a broad range of industries.

Laurens joined the corporate finance department in 2022. Prior to joining the firm, Laurens was a consultant in EY’s strategy and transactions department and completed internships at M&A boutiques. Laurens has a master’s in applied economics from the Catholic University of Leuven (KUL) and a master’s in financial management from Vlerick Business School.
