Charles Wickström

Associate

Charles is an associate and project leader at Oaklins Sweden. He is involved in the execution of M&A deals across a wide range of industries, primarily in the TMT sector, with a specific focus on the IT services vertical. Charles also works closely with Oaklins’ global offices in the preparation and completion of cross-border M&A deals.

Prior to joining Oaklins in 2023, Charles worked at Deloitte and BDO for three years as a project leader conducting financial due diligence for several private equity and international strategic clients. Notable deals he has advised on include the sell-side advisory on behalf of Priveq in their divestment of Omegapoint to FSN Capital in 2021 as well as the buy-side advisory on behalf of Verdane Partners in their acquisition of Voyado in 2021. Charles has a BSc in Finance from Lund University and the University of Sydney Business School.
