Dinos Constantinou

Dinos is a partner at Oaklins Cyprus. He brings more than 35 years of experience in M&A and corporate finance. He has worked with clients in industries such as financial services, hospitality, automotive and consumer and retail. He has built extensive expertise in corporate finance while restructuring companies with financial difficulties. Dinos serves on the board of directors of several companies in Cyprus within the financial services industry.

Prior to joining Oaklins, Dinos led his own advisory and fund management firm in Cyprus. Earlier in his career, he set up and served as the head of both the international business unit and recoveries departments of the Bank of Cyprus. He started his career at KPMG in London, where he qualified as a chartered accountant. He graduated from the London School of Economics and Political Science in 1987 with a BSc in Economics.
