BioElements Group has raised funds

BioElements Group has completed a Series A capital raise. The financing round was led by BTG Pactual Impact Investment Fund.

BioElements Group is a circular economy company dedicated to the production of bioplastics. The group was founded in 2014 as an ecological alternative to conventional plastic. This transaction is part of BioElements’ growth strategy with the objective of consolidating its presence in Latin America (Chile, Peru, Mexico and Brazil), initiating expansion into the US and strengthening the R&D area in the development of new products.

Oaklins’ team in Chile acted as financial advisor in the preparation of BioElements for its Series A capital raise.
